The foundation of Bio-Individual Nutrition is specialty testing.

Overtime, our bodies become imbalanced through lack of certain nutrients, toxic overload, poor diet, etc. When we stay out of balance for too long, we experience dysfunction and begin to develop dis-ease.

Through specialty testing we are able to uncover where our bodies are becoming imbalanced, before it becomes dis-ease. Or, sometimes we are able to discover root-cause issues that may lessen diseases that we already have developed, or were born with.

Bio-individual nutrition seeks first to understand your unique health situation and desired outcomes. From there, we offer various testing options to assess the situation. In your test results follow-up session we'll provide you with a complete test review with evidence-based recommendations to address the findings. Also included are two revisit sessions to fine-tune as needed!
